Friendly guys who will rip you off - beware!

Called their call centre and they sent an SMS where you have to agree to a R395 call out fee. It states that you will receive further pricing from the locksmith. 2 guys came out quite quicky, were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. They started working on my yale safe without mentioning pricing, rates or any other charges. They spent about 20 -30 min removing the old lock and replacing it with a new lock - standard small lock with 2 keys. It was a Sunday and I expected the call out to be more expensive. When they were done, they charged me R3995. They claim it was my job to ask about pricing before they started. I'm sure what these guys are doing is extorsion and illelgal from a Consumer Protection Act perspective.
