Motor gate service

Emergency Doors and Gates installed a new gate motor after the old motor packed up. Since they installed it, there were problems. The motor didn't want to work after the power went out. Then they came out and replace the battery. <br> It started to work (as it should), but not as it suppose to. After the power is out, it will work for about 1 hour, then the manual way must be used. After the power came back on, need to wait for about 12 to 18 hours to be able to work again. <br> Struggled for about 2 to 3 months to get somebody to fix the problem. No success. Still nobody contacted me.<br> I needed this to be fixed, so I got somebody else to fix the motor or battery. That person replace the battery and showed me that the battery that was in the motor, was not the original battery (a reused one). He replace the battery with the original that belongs to the motor. And now all is working fine
