Worst, shameless ***** ****mers

WORST COMPANY to invest in! If you really love your family and wish them well, PLEASE DO NOT JOIN IN WITH THIS COMPANY!! My cousin brother passed on on the 8th of March 2025, we only found out about his death on 18th of April through police, after identifying his body, we contacted the Emerald life and submitted a funeral claim on the 24th of April 2025.....to this day, they refuse to pay even after we went to their Maponya mall branch with my aunt who's the policy holder with all the affidavits and other documents they wanted from us. My aunt with stroke who's the policy holder and a sassa beneficiary had to borrow money from loan sharks for her son to be buried. Today is the 4th of June, I called them today pleading with them to pay but they said they are waiting for their head office to respond...... We are in serious debts with loan sharks which is something we shouldn't be going through because my aunt invested in this company for comfort but received nothing but pain in return, the worst part is that they are still debiting her account.

If you really love your family, please do not take a policy with this company. They turned our lives upside down and left us with pain and debts.
