Useless insurance Company
Emerald life is the worst ever Policy Insurance please people if you love your family and you want to bury your family with dignity don't ever sign up with Emerald Life, you will go through the worst experience of your life. I have submitted a claim on 14July I've buried Already, Emerald is having lot of stories and worst my policy deducted from my persal, and this is what you getting from Emerald, today they are saying the assessor is not there, and the consultants are so unprofessional and rude, please good people don't ever sign up with emerald it is a nightmare

22 Jul 2025, 13:48Emerald is so disappointing every day it's something new, Emerald Client Services does not have the decency to call till you as a Client are phoning than you will hear a different story for them not to pay out it's 9days now and I am still struggling to be paid then the date stamp is not appearing, then the serial number are cut off, please good people don't sign up with Emerald my sister we're told by one consultant is not our problem how you going to bury your uncle that is the answer that she got, I'm so fed up with emerald
