Useless Company Emerald Life

This useless Company continues to send me reminders to pay my policy premium- I have never done business with Emerald Life. I have visited their Port Elizabeth office who cannot assist me. I've sent several emails to their complaints department and have not received any response. I would be grateful if someone could advise on how I can get my details removed from their records Thank you
