Unpaid Claim

I am very angry and frustrated with the service I've been getting from the above mentioned organisation. I took out a policy on the 11/01/2023 for my daughter who was a student at the time. Unfortunately she passed away this year (2024) February. I submitted a claim and it was declined to the reasons that she was no longer a student when she passed away at the age of 22 . I do not remember seeing a clause stating that we should notify when she is no longer a student, however in this scenario she was doing a 4 year course and could not register for her 3rd yr due to health condition that led to her death. I have provided all the necessary documents that emerald requested from me to prove that my daughter was still in school. This is my last resort as I am in debted from the funeral costs and there in no resolution to my case .Please Help Me. Policy no.D******
