Unhappy about claim

My mom has a policy with emerald life. 2 weeks back my cousin passed away and she put in a claim. Still today thwy are sending us in circles saying there are stamps that arent visible and what not. When My mom went to claim at another policy they had no problems whatsoever.

This feels like we have been ****med. And im upset and 5 seconds away from alerting other individuals on all media outlets to not bother using emerald life and if they have a policy with them to close it.
