Unfair retrenchment by Emerald Life

My name is Jabulile Cleopatra Zwane, I am from Protea North and used to work for Emerald Life based in Randfotein offices as well as Midrand including a head office in Cape Town. here is my situation of my complain: I worked for this company from 2017 as a branch administrator whom I managed my work very and covid-19 pandemic started to take part and I had to work from home however when we moved from level 5 to level 4 and by level 3 I returned back to the office until I begin to be sick in 2021, being unable to walk as I did report to my superiors by the name of Charne Healy & Omina Matsimela and I reported to them on a daily basis.

I even produced my medical certificates and private documentation which I have no right and forced to prove as my medical condition is private and confidential but iI forced to elaborate my status and the issue behind my sickness with no kindness and concern from the company management/superiors who did not even bother to check on their employees but to have guts to only put pressure on me so I can return back to work. My health issues happen not to be proved and none of medical reasons were proving that I am suffering from any evidential sickness as I was advised by the prominent Medical pros that it might be black magic and until now I am unable to walk and in a bad condition of which I even asked my manager Charne Healy to allow me to work from home as they were forced to do it during Level 5 and my doctor Mr shabaka from protea ext 4 even wrote a note which I proved to the office that i can manage to work from home but none was done and only had to be sent a retrenchment letter on the 27th September 2021 by Emerald life while I am on sick leave and being told that once again my sick leave days are exhausted and my statutory leave days, therefore I won't be getting any salary.

A salary of R4000.00 was even reduced to R573 recieved by me month end of August and today on the 29th September 2021 I received an amount of R149.00... WHAT A JOKE AND INSULT FROM A BIG COMPANY LIKE EMERALD WHO ARE USING THEIR FORMAL AND INTELLECTUAL SKILL TO EXPLOIT ME AS ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. I WANT TO FIGHT THIS BECAUSE I DO NOT REMEMBER SOMEONE BEING RETRENCHED WHILE ON SICK LEAVE AND EXTREMELY SICK AND THEY WANT TO ME GO AND UP AND DOWN RECIEVING EMAILS AND REPLYING TO THEM AND GOING AROUND PRINTING LETTERS AND INSANE LEGAL DOCUMENTS THEY CLAIM DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR IS ADHERING TO SO THEY PROTECT THEMSELVES AGAINST MY QUERY AND COMPLAIN. I NEED HELP FROM HELLO PETER TO FIGHT THIS AND SUE THIS COMPANY FOR INAPPROPRIATE, UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT AND EXPLOITATION THEY HAVE GIVEN ME. I HAVE STRUGGLED TO EVEN PAY MY MEDICAL BILLS DUE TO LACK OF SALARY FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS AND THEY SEEM TO NOW EVEN CARE.
