Unable to claim

I m very unhappy with the service I m getting from this company. I m trying to make a claim for my late mother, but the advisor made a mistake with beneficiaries so I cannot claim. I don't know the beneficiary there and I can't get hold of her. Even the advisor is unreachable so I cannot be helped at emerald because of the mistakes of the capture and the advisor. Please help to get my money please
