*****ulent Policy open in the name of Pensioners without Consent. ****. Emarald Life *****ulently access SASSA Pensioners grants receipt database, (Id, Numbers and address, full names )and then open funeral policy without their consent and further *****ulently forges signatures and then start deducting from SASSA every month . They did this to my fathers grants and many more in Winterveldt, Mabopane area, and perhaps the whole country. They started deducting from June then again in July and August amount of R205.00pm. When we went to SASSA to complain we where given Emarald details as company deducting and when we called Emarald since July and August, they promise to cancel the policy but they dont. To confirm this was ***** they have opened a policy for my father and still put him as benefeciary so that 1, no one will get the pay out when he passes away and 2, this shows they dont know anyone in the family because if My father opened it for himself he would put one of us his children or even his wife as benefeciary, Emerald are ****s *****ing old pensioners SASSA grant money. I wont rest till this is resolved and they have paid back all the money. We have also lodged a complaint with the Insurance Ombudsman and will ensure all our fathers money is repaid. ****,
