If you have a policy with this Emerald Life i would advise that you CANCEL IT immediately. They try to find every excuse in the book not to payout when its time to claim. These people have been giving my mother the run around claiming that the person covered exceeded the R50000 however they have failed to inform her when she took out the policy. I am utterly disgusted at the poor service my mother has been receiving from this company. Hulle is *** *****. This is totally ********* and unacceptable.
