The are horible and the don't want to pay me. They keep saying there's outstanding documents which I have sent already. I wanted to take another policy with them but I've changed my mind's and all the people that I know who were interested I will advise them no to go ahead. They are so unprofessional and they don't call you to inform you about the progress. I even went to the head office but still have not received any payment. Its a month now since I claimed
