******** PENSIONERS!!!!!

Be careful of this company! My mom who is an elderly pensioner was ****med for more than a year where she was getting less money from SASSA for her grant only to find out Emerald Life opened a life or funeral policy for my mother withoit her consent or her even knowing about it. Now they are not returning the money they took from my mom after we sent everything they asked us to send. When you call them its like the agents are trained to avoid calls and transfer you from pillar to post. My advice check your elderly person's grant payment make sure they are not being ****med because clearly SASSA allows such to happen.
