**** Pensioner Policy!!!

The sales lady named Thobeka Antony convinced my grandmother to open a policy with Emerald Life as they are underwritten by SASSA for pensioners but that is not true. They are deducting R160 a month on my grannies account and when she went to cancel the debit order at capitec, capitec was not able to as it is mandated by the company itself so they are the ones that can cancel it.

They have been doing this to mostly pensioners and even provide wrong claim amounts and when we try to call they on their cell number ***. They pick up but the moment you continue speaking they drop the line. They are situated at 3rd floor, Sterling House, 86 Edward Rd, Bellville, Cape Town, 7530.
