Emerald life is a ****. My daughter passsed away on 17 November but they refused to pay the claim. they say that the money was paid but revesed at the same time because of 2 bank statements that was sent by a mistake. Please good people beware of Emerald they are bunch of *******. Recently they sent a rude man to question us. yet we are still grieving, now this man they sent is claiming that he is an investigator. they are failing my daughter at Emerald Life.
