POOR SERVICE

Im so Disappointed in your service!!! I went to Emarald life klersdorp offices to do a claim for my late sister and l was helped by Matshediso the receptionist and she assured us that everything was sent to head office claim department . Friday morning l called Emarald life claims department and later on l received a message

" Dear Miss L Legabe. Our sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one. Please note we have received the Claim Documents for the late Ms PR Legabe for processing. We will be in contact soon. EMERALD LIFE ***"

I waited and they never called me and l have been calling claims department since in the morning only now they send me to this rude consultant who even dropped my phone Elsie from finance. And now they are telling me they haven't received any of my documents while l had to travel 80km to do this claim. I even have to more policies with this company. I did the same claim with sanlam nd l got a call from them that the money was paid on Saturday. Thank you sanlam for excellent service.. Pay my money Emarald Life so we can give my sister a decent funeral.
