poor service and delayed payout

poor service ir has been 2 weeks since my claim was lodged and to date no payment after i was promised by manager Marietjie that it would be done by Friday18th Sept after submitting all the forms. its Monday and no feedback no payment nothing. call centre makes you hold on for more than 30 minutes, transfers you to 5 different people, then just drops the phone while you hold onto. no sense of urgency and you literally have to beg to get your money. I will go to the pension withdrawal place/ social media/every platform where i can speak out and warn all those old people you are ripping of that they should cancel their policies with you as their families will struggle to get the payouts. you promised 48 hours. communication is very important to all businesses and yours suck.
