Policy payout

My Mom has Policy with Emerald Life, she submitted a claim last week and she has been sent from pillar to coast with no help that time funeral was last week Saturday, do you understand the pain of having a policy that cant pay out in time in this pandemic? She had to around asking for loan so that we can bury our loved one amd still cant pay out the people cos up till today she has not received her claim payout!!!
