Policy Enquiry

I wanted information about my mother policy who is paralyzed. I just wanted to know if the policy is still active. So they can give me any information although I am the beneficiary. When I said to the Lady Larato I will have to contact my lawyer she put the phone down in my ear. The I phoned again was the put through to Tracey so told me the same thing my mother must give permission of a doctors report. So I rate them as BAD service information
