PATHETIC SERVICE AT CLAIM STAGE

When I took a policy for my cousin with them No relationships were questioned only at Claim stage they phone to investigate the relationships they even go as far as checking me from the rest of the family and when they get the response still they go as far as asking about my ancestors, the guy who is investigating me doesn't want to give me his name and is arrogant and rude and mixing issues As things are they don't care about how you feel as the berevied they don't show respect to the deceased and they don't even know how you were to this person all they do is cause rifts and conflicts instead of sympathy and honouring their promise at Claim. Stage you must fight with them, they are heartless as a result I am taking all my business elsewhere there is no customer care all they want is your premiums as black people we come big fmamailies with different surnames now we must explain ourselves to them for more than an hour you are grilled which is so inhumane at this stage you re grieving your loved one you get such pathetic attitude from Emerald.
