NO STAR RATING!!!!!!Unprofessional, disgusting & pathetic service

The most pathetic and disgusting service ever!!! My grandmother took out a policy last year September 2020. When she passed away now on the 18 April 2021 and we submitted a claim. We were told the policy is activated in January thus not pass the 6 month waiting period. On arriving at the office in Kwanobuhle, Uitenhage we were shown messages send to the wrong number informing us of missing info(wrong number was captured on the system). How is this our problem. We now need to just accept this and the funeral bills needs to be paid. I am appalled at this service. Who is now at fault, cause we are not getting any joy here!!!!! This is a NO STAR rating and that is not even a fair rating because they deserve less
