My name is Ntombizifikile Uenice Ntsete and I’m the policy holder writing a complaint about Emarald cover

My grandchild died on the 09/12/2023 she was covered by Emarald insurance I’ve running back and forth with them they don’t want to pay the claim. I claim they sent me an email of the required documents and all the documents that they requested was submitted after I was waiting for them to do the pay out they told me to bring the proof of dependency and that information is not even on their terms and conditions I questioned them about that they didn’t give me any straight answer all they kept on saying is if a child is under 21 you have to bring the proof of dependency whether it’s from sassa or school a letter that dates that the child was dependent on you I told them that the schools were closed and the child wasn’t getting any sassa they didn’t pay out I had to ask for a donation people to help bury the child cool the schools opened I called the school and they gave me the letter and a screenshot of their system that is having my details on as a proof of dependency I used to stay with the child however I had to move her to Eastern Cape due to family issues 3 years ago she died at Eastern Cape after I sent them the proof of dependency they rejected the claim sending me a text as follows Dear Miss Ntombifikile Eunice Ntsete.
