This insurance company ****med my mother in law who is a pensioner. They deducted money in August. When we call them to say we never subscribed to a policy they said we should write a letter of cancellation. To top it all off, our surname is Moffat and the beneficiary is someone by the name of Lesego Mazimba who do not know at all. We are struggling to cancel. We’ve sent the cancellation letter and they haven’t responded. They didn’t give us an email address, apparently we should send everything on their WhatsApp line
