Keep up the good work

Good day everybody. I have joined emerald life at the beginning of March for my ant. She pass away 5 months on the policy. Went to claim at emerald. They were so helpfull. I was help by the lady Zukiswa at Bellville branch. Then the Claim was handed to Alice. They kept on updating me with every step through my claim. There was a time that the funeral undertaker gave me wrong papers they took up to them to call and explain the papers needed. I was worried everytime I read reviews about them as ppl had a lot of bad things to say about emerald life but I won't lie my expirience with them was very plasent. Mind you in this 5 mnths I was 1 mnth behide but they paid out. Thank Emerald life. By the way my agent was Sibongile. Thank you a million guys.
