Insulted by consultant emerald life fort beaufort

I have never been so insulted in my entire life, especial in a time of need. I called a consultant that registered my sister for funeral cover at fort beaufort to find out about their offices to claim on my sisters behalf as she is no more.

Vuyokazi insulted me and made sure that i must know i was not her client, i must go and ask the deceased. I would never register in such a funeral plan that doest care about their people in a time of need.

So sick such an audacity.
