I want to lodge a complaint agaist insurance company called Emeralds life we hv our beloved uncle who passed on his name is Eleck johannes Thekiso we made a claim for his funeral benefits in order to do tumstone immidiately after his funeral but the company has never rep**** or bother to give us response the last week thursday i called them and i was assisted by one of their consultants she was rude simply because i couldint hear her properly , then o managed to explain everything to her and she checked on the system then she told me there's a form that comes from them that we need to take to court to fill. Then she said she'll send it to me via email i confirmed my email address with her and she assured me she'll send it but till today i am still waiting
