I want my money back

Iam very angry and annoyed with Emerald Life, these people keep debating my account and i do not have any policy with them and i never signed or agreed to any debit orders, iam struggling evertime i get money they take it, iam so ****ed right now, this is happening every month. NO its very wrong, i need my money back
