Harrassment and false report

Hi there

A week ago Richard Cozens, working at Emerald Life, gave me a missed call. I called him back and told him I am talking with him on my own cost, which he ignored. I often get annoying phone calls from people who haven't got money to call me, let alone be able to afford for my electrical services. Richard Cozens then explains his fridge has an earth leakage problem so I explained to him he needs a refrigeration guy for fixing that. He then ranted on an on about his fridge being dead and not working, effectively changing the problem the fridge has to one I can fix, and did so with one hell of of a temper, still trying to swallow me up in what is evidently a ****. Since I already made it clear I can't help him, and as I needed to emphasize I can't help him if his fridge problem keeps changing, I then put the phone down saying this is my phone call and my time. He was free to call me again, at his own expense, but with his fridge problem that actually changes. He obviously didn't call me. I didn't greet him goodbye and I certainly didn't get on his level.

So hiding behind the false name "The_Fuzz_" he spends an hour he could've spent fixing his fridge and wrote the following on my website instead:

"Would not recommend this business. Owner does not have telephone etiquette and just puts the phone down. Definitely not professional."

I reported his statements to Google as false and asked it to be removed, but it wasn't. Thereafter I wrote three different comments on his arrogance about his missed call, and his changing the 'apparent' problem with his fridge, let alone his arrogance, and one after another, all three my comments miraculously disappeared from my website and now I am simply not able to write a comment at all anymore.

Richard Cozens works for Emerald Life. On Hellopeter Emerald Life has the following: Around 90 people complain about ******* monthly deductions they can't stop. Around 15 people complain about not being paid their claims.

Get me clear on this: Five months ago I wrote a very weighty testimonial on past ******** activities I witnessed as a child. I have at the time recorded six recordings of an African National also trying repeatedly and haphazardly to get me to do electrical work by him, then impersonating a diamond dealer he even tried to sell diamonds to me for cash, anything to get his hands not only on me, but on my money too.

I am sorry to say this, but whatever Richard Cozens' motives were, it certainly smells just as fishy...
