My brother that passed away on 18th May 2025 he was on as one of my extended family in which I have been paying extra every month. For the extended families. Emerald life has received all the documents for my Claim DFA7-*** until today nothing. The calls that I made to them you hold on UpTo 10 mins. No payment has still being made. But they received my payment again. What do I do in this matter?
