Fradulent policies

I have discovered that this company has been debiting me for some policy I knew nothing about. The rude lady I spoke to told me its my grandmother that covered with them and that I would have to go to the police station to do an affidavit and go to their offices to lodge a complaint about the unknown policy. I don't understand the reversal of this ********** policy has to be at my inconvenience why cant they reverse this ********** deduction the same way it was app****, without me doing or signing anything
