Exploitment of the Elderly

Emerald Life Funeral Plans for Pensioners and Family is a ****. We have been trying to submit a claim for a deceased family member for almost 1 month. We have the copy of signed policy whereby it stated who the beneficiary is but when contact them they said it is a someone we do not even know, who has never existed in our lifes. This doesn't make sense that the signed document states who the actual Beneficiary is. I think it is their way of ****ming the Elderly Citizen out of the money.

Where can I report such misconduct.
