Dont let those 10 good reviews fool you. Probably employees who left those messages. I submitted a claim a week before the funeral. Four days before funeral there was a discrepancy with the signature. Documents were sent same time and acknowledged. A day before the funeral funds were still not paid. How can you rely on a company like that? They have no respect or empathy with their clients.
