Emerald seems like a ****, a *********.

Emerald life is very dissapointing. Since we logded a claim in April they are playing hide and seek with us. They don't want to pay out but they are still deducting. How can I be assisted further I'm a learner in grade 12 and I can't afford legal fees. Please can anybody assist I'm very dissapointed in Emerald life. Mathapelo Modisane.
