Emerald Life is a ****

Emerald life is taking R235.00 from my mothers SASSA pension and she says people came to our house and told her they were sent by SASSA but she went to SASSA offices and they confirm they dont have agents making people join policies. we have been writing emails, calling and sending whatsapp to Emerald Life and they keep saying they are investigating but confirm there is a policy opened on my 72 years old mother.
