Emerald Life Insurance is a **** I cancelled a Policies and when I inquired about the refund if it duducted on my payslip, I was told I won't get it coz I will still be covered until the last day of the month. They said it's on the contract, I then requested it they sent me a summary. 2 months later it was still deducting and when I phoned them they told me they were still active and I only requested a summary. I was referred to complaints and when I stated my case they hanged up. I phoned again they rejected my call until I used another number and still didn't get help I was told to cancell it. I told them i regard it as cancelled
