Emerald life insurance **********!!!!

Emerald life started deductions from my payslip, without my consent nor have I ever spoken to these people ever!!!! When I finally got hold of them ,they said I should provide an affidavit proving I did not take out insurance with them, so i then asked where is the proof showing I agreed to take a policy? The lady kindly said this is company policy and there's nothing she can do. She further asked me to send my bank statement and copy of ID to them. SERIOUSLY WHY WOULD I DO THAT, AFTER YOU **********LY MADE DEDUCTIONS FROM MY SALARY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!!!!! So now I will not get my money back because I refused to give them my personal and financial.
