Emerald Life Funeral Claim: CA ***6
I had bad experience with Emerald Life. I joined funeral policy for my Uncle since 06 May 2019 and they have been deducting since then. My uncle passed on in June 2021. I submitted a claim to them. After thousand follow ups on my claim, because they never bothered themselves updating me about my claim, they told me they'll refund me my premiums. I was expecting to get the payout of R20 000 as agreed and they never missed even one month of deductions. I'm very cross with them. My cell number is ***.

08 Jul 2021, 17:28Emerald life is just a nightmare. Can't believe they deducted money from my account from 2019 as they promised they'll give me a lumpsum of R20 000 should my Uncle dies. They only paid me R3157.21 instead of R20 000.
