On the 03 Aug 2021 my father went to the Sassa paypoint to receive his pension money upon his surprise he found out that there is a micro advanced funeral plan pensioner and family (DPA3-) with a premium of an aggregate of R160

Beneficiary name was someone he doesnt even know, Namely Phillicia Ausinyana Hlahane

And the agent that processed the policy for deductions is Johannah Matsoane Moloka Agent code :FS0910.

I need utmost assistance in getting this cancelled and or/ even receive my fathers money reimbursed.

Inception date was on the 2021-0-4-07.

I have tried sending emails and the below email address is inoperative.
