Emerald Life deducted my salary without my permission

Good day,

My name is Ntombizethu Precious Siwisa. My ID number is ***. I have never join or sign anything with Emerald Life but on my pay slip for August 2020 there is deduction of R312 from Emerald Life with reference 'EMERALDCA***4'.

Emerald Life deducted my money on my salary without my permission. I work for the department of Education and I don't know how did they get my my persal number.

Please assist me as I need my money back.
