Emerald Life company robbing us

Good day,

I have a complaint against Emerald Life company. i have submitted a claim on the 28-06-2023 and i was informed the claim will be paid out within 48hrs. I then received an sms on the 30th of June stating that my claim for the deceased is under investigation i will receive correspondence within 14 days.

I then call the insurance, on the same day and i was informed they will call me back the same day on the 30th of June. But till date no feedback has been provided to me.

My Policy no: CF***0 and the Deceased name is Nontsikelelo Songongo

As to what the investigation is about is unknown to me, i need to get clear clarity as to what is being investigated.
