Emerald Life big ********

I've insured my sister with Emerald Life for R30 000 at a premium of R125 month on the 01 June 2020 and a waiting period of 3 months. first deduction of premiums was the 1st June 2020 till 15 September 2020. My sister passed away on the1st September 2020 and submitted a claim on the 8th September 2020 with plans to bury our beloved sister on the 12 September 2020. I waited for claim payment up until today 21th September 2020, no payment from them. Every time I called them, they said it'sin progress then on the 18th September 2020, I called again and they said it's on final stage. Today on the 21 September 2020 at 15H52, got an SMS that the claim has been declined and more information will sent by correspondence. Worse part of it, they deducted premiums even after her funeral.
