my mom took up the policy since 2014 through SASSA, she passed away last year, and my late Dad was the beneficiary. We never made a claim on the policy but Lo and behold I call today to enquire I was told the policy was cancelled. The agent hung up on me while I was waiting for an answer. Is this how you treat your customers?
