Im just trying to get hold of them, i cant get ther number anywere, do they have a customer care number,

16 Apr 2024, 13:57I finally got hold of Emerald Life, and I found that they have a policy on, policy I never took out, I supposedly took out this policy in 2020. They don't even have my correct contact details. They can't even give me a name of the broker/agent that took out this policy. They told me they will contact me to tell me what needs to happen. When I asked the number of their complaints department, they said I can't contact them directly, I will have to wait for them to contact me.
