I did a claim for death policy for my uncle at Emerald life. Instead of paying me a lousy R15000 they say the are investigating me and it will take 14 working day at that time the burial is tomorrow. When I ask what is it that they are investigating they say I will hear that after investigations. I feel this is not fair especially that I have been paying the policy for more than 4yrs and almost I paid half of the R15000 they don't want to give me.
