In Dec 2019. I took out a policy for my late uncle and aunt with emerald. I was helped by an agent called Vusimzi. I called him in January and told that the uncle and aunt have passed away and he said I must call the head office to cancel the policy. I did and I was refunded 150 mind you the poclies deducted R150 each on my on persal. The 150 refund was the beginning of my problems as the policies have now moved from persal to my bank account. I called the agent and I let a number of messages for their Cape Town office.
