Claim payout

Submitted my claim on 20 December and they called saying the documents certification is not clear I must resend again.i did resend the documents again same day.they sent an email confirming recipe of the email.till today I'm still waiting for the payment.they are even closed today without any communication regarding my claim.if you want a peaceful and hustle free funeral for your loved one.stay away from Emerald because they don't worry about their customers.i wanted to take another policy but because of this treatment I received I'm not taking anything ever at Emerald.they said policy takes up to 24hours to be paid such lies!!!
