Claim not paid

This is the worst business ever. My mom took policy with them documents were submitted on time but these hypocrites only started the policy three weeks later. My mom passed away on the 03/09 at 11:45pm we went and submitted the documents the branch im Bellville saw no error as they can see already we have over 7 debit order yet the claim was denied claiming that the six month waiting period finished on the 4/09. Like we then went through Bellville branch and a mandate to debit was done three weeks early of the 6 month but Emerald did not do it. Its horrible you call always no one can assist you. Its been months now and still nothing from them feom 14 days to 1 month now we on 3rd month. Sies how do you even feel proud working for such ****ty company
