Claim

I am a client of Emerald life....I went to claim on my policy on the 25thAugust 2020 I was told I must wait for 48 hours.I am still waiting, on the 1st of September 2020 I was told that the payment will reflect my account on the 2nd September 2020 .I waiting nothing reflected,I went to their brand in Uitenhage on the 3rd September 2020 they told me the claim was approved on the 27th August 2020 so they don't why I did not receive the payment.They called head office and could not find anyone to respond to that then they said they are going to call me and I was called by P.E branch later that day,they said they are not going to give me payment because they have already paid the cover amount of R50000.I went to their brand in P.E today the 4th September 2020 I asked them to give me a letter that states that theyarenot going to pay, they called their head office and I waited for the letter till I was told head office is closed, I asked to talk to the Manager he also called head office and did not find anyone. He opened my claim on the computer and showed me that the is nothing that is written saying that I am not going to be paid so he is going to find out from head office on Monday the 7th September 2020 what the problem is because computer shows claim is approved
