Be Cautious about the cover you have with SASSA as they use this useless EmeraldLife insurance

This is far the worst insurance company I've dealt with, I submitted documents of my late Aunt for a payout and they responded that docs are received after they sent me a message that it has pending documents and when I call their *** is engaged bare in mind this number has been engaged from monday so I wrote an email again and the claim department responded that someone with contact me they need my number but my number was provided on the first email i forwarded to them, then it appeared to me these people are *********** and what worried me about this is they cover people from SASSA and if someone cannot follow up, most people loose their money in that insurance
