Bad experience 😪

My father has joined Emarald Life as a pensioners. When he passed in September , we went and claim his policy to Emarald Life . Yhoo the way they gave us hard time to ask how dd he die and so on . Even today we never received 💔 😢 his Claim . I want help for legal action to proceed for my father's claim.
